Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintenance of equipment and facility; Repairing and cleaning interior and exterior of the premise; Repairing minor faulty appliances, such as toilets, doors; Replacing ceiling tiles; Painting and patchwork of building’s interior and exterior; and Light landscaping.
