Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of equipment and facility;
- Repairing and cleaning interior and exterior of the premise;
- Repairing minor faulty appliances, such as toilets, doors;
- Replacing ceiling tiles;
- Painting and patchwork of building’s interior and exterior; and
- Light landscaping.
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience relating to facility maintenance
- Ability to treat our guests with dignity and respect
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of our guests
- Ability to understand and maintain boundaries
- Ability to take direction from all staff
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Must complete a background check
- Must complete total required hours (if applicable)
