Come plant fruit trees in the Maine Heritage Orchard! We will be doing "spring cleaning" in the orchard, removing tree guards, checking the trees for damage, adding mulch, and planting several new apple trees and companion plants.
Meet at the Maine Heritage Orchard, 85 Crosby Brook Rd, across the road from Common Ground.
Please dress appropriately for the weather. Bring work gloves, any favorite tools that you'd like to use, and water (or a thermos of your preferred hot beverage!)
MOFGA will provide tools, gloves for those who don't bring them, and lunch (with cider) at Common Ground (across the road from the Heritage Orchard).
