Are you friendly, organized, and eager to make a difference in your community? Join our team as a Front Desk Volunteer at the Durgin Center in Brewer, where older adults come to enjoy programs, exercise classes, socialization, and meals. As the first point of contact, this volunteer plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment in our community!
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors with a warm smile.
- Answering phone calls and providing basic information.
- Assisting with check-ins and program registrations.
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks.
We're looking for volunteers who are passionate about helping older adults lead vibrant lives. The Durgin Center is open from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Volunteer shifts are 3-4 hours, and all training is provided.
