Step into the quiet magic of winter on this guided wildlife hike, where we’ll explore how Maine’s animals survive and stay active in the cold season. Together, we’ll look for tracks, trails, and other signs of life while learning about the incredible adaptations that help wildlife thrive beneath the snow and ice. This relaxed, nature-focused walk offers a chance to slow down, observe closely, and connect with the winter landscape in a whole new way. Perfect for nature lovers of all experience levels. (All ages welcome!)

(1-2 Needed) Volunteers assist with checking people in, handing out equipment/snowshoes if necessary, monitoring the rear of the group to ensure safety during the hike, volunteers with knowledge in this area are welcome to help run the program and answer participant questions Timeframe - 10:30am-1:30pm (3hrs).
