Do you love to cook? This is an opportunity to share your skills and strengths with community members living on tight budgets. We have a variety o roles to assist with our classes - from general help to being a culinary instructor. Serve as an educator and role model, teaching key skills and inspiring participants to cook more healthy, inexpensive meals at home.
Responsibilities: Assist in the teaching of basic of food and kitchen safety, food preparation, and making healthy, low-cost choices and substitutions when cooking, according to the highlighted objectives of each lesson.
Skills/Experience Required: Professional culinary training or experience working in the food industry welcomed but not required. Self-taught culinary enthusiasts are also welcome!
